So guess who learned her lesson on speeding today!? That's right me.. so just happened to be going a tad (a lot) over the speed limit on my way back to school today because I just LOVE driving fast (sadly not anymore though). So I got my first ever speeding ticket.. held back my tears and got my anger out in softball tonight. Which we won!! Woohoo.. go Alpha Chi.. we are 3 and 1.. (3 wins and 1 loose). We actually had fans tonight.. some of my guy friends came to watch and then after the game .. since I didn't hit that well.. they helped me with my hitting.. it was a lot of fun!

And remember guys .. DONT speed.. unless you know that you wont get pulled over.. hehe!

I'm home!!!! It is great to just get to sit here in my living room in the house that I have missed so much. I never realize how much i miss my house until I get back home and drive down the familiar roads and by all my friends houses. It is gorgeous here... I am loving the fact that I can go for a walk or go for a bike ride without being afraid of the possibility of being raped. Later tonight I am going to go for a bike ride to just see all the familiar areas.

This last week has been a lot of fun! I love just the gorgeous weather and getting to hang out outside and do all sorts of activities. From softball to playing catch I have done something outside everyday and I love it! Everyday I have been practicing my catch with my guy friends and I can't wait to play catch with my dad this weekend!

Wow it has been quite awhile since I have written in this.. what can I say.. it has been one hectic of a year! But I love it that way!

KSU is amazing.. and if you can see my pic.. I am having quite a lot of fun while I am here.. but don't get me wrong.. I am staying productive with classes and making sure that I am able to achieve my goal of becoming a teacher.

So way to much has happened to fill you all in on a single entry.. but if you would like to know what has been happening in manhappenin with me this past year just give me a ring a ding and i will be happy to fill you in.. or just ask Kathleen and she can fill you in too!!

Speaking of Kathleen.. although I love manhattan.. I miss my friends back home SO much! Especially since Carly, Kathleen, Kaitlin and I all split up this year there have just been times when I feel lost without them!!! I love you three SO much and I C.A.N.N.O.T wait until this summer when we can hang out like old times!!!!

Although I miss the gang I am so blessed to have AMAZING friends here in Manhattan... I am blessed to have my friends Kelly, Sarah, and Eryn in my life and I couldnt get through my daily life without them! Along with the girls from the "quad" I am blessed with some great guy friends. This semester Kelly and I have been basically living at a local frat... Beta Sig.. and all those guys over there are great and are all like brothers. There are also quite a few older guys that have been very informative.. and great friends!!!

Well today.. was AMAZING because 1. my anthro test is FINALLY over and then I got to go to a bbq at Sig Ep for greek week.. and then I got to play catch with Canada, Kelly, and Marco (some of the beta sig guys) outside of the dorms which was a ton of fun.. although my arm is killing me because I hadn't played that hard core in a long time!

Ok well this is real long.. so I promise the next one wont be as long lol!!!

So first day of school was fun but loooooooong.. sure i only have 5 classes but right now my legs are aching b/c allthough u might think that manhattan is flat it has a lot of gradual hills that go on and on and on forever!!! oh well... i saw zach hauser which was fun and i have physics w/ burki and then i have an orientation class w/ burki, codi, jenna, and darcey and my music class is w/ jenna's sister. My classes seem pretty cool right now but my music professor insisted in all the first semester students to stay after class and he proceeded to tell us not to party and to study 30 hours a week and the whole time i was like "ya right like that is gonna happen!!"

once all my classes were over i went to pick up my football tickets w/ jeff and aaron and then i had dinner w/ aaron, jeff, tanner, and annie ....it was a blast ...then since the boys dont care for their roomate they came down to our room and we played an intense game of uno which was fun.. i dont think i have laughed that hard in a while.

oh before i forget um serenading was amazing the boys pulled us out of the crowd and would dance with us and then they would give us flowers and stuff.... some of the boys were dressed all nice and handsome and then others were like just in boxers and then they had their phone #s on their nice nice abs which was nice!! then after serenading i went to the rec w/ jeff and tanner and met up w/ jeff's brother jason and played a few sets of tennis. can i just say that i suck! It was a fun night but i hadnt played tennis since freshmen year and thought that it would be easy to pick up again and it wasnt but it was still a lot of FUN!!

wow so it has been a long long time since i have written anything in this.. well my internet is finally connected and working in my dorm room.. i am looking around my room and it is so weird to think that this is my home for the rest of the year.

update on sorority week.. i am officially a pledge of alpha chi omega.. i love it let me repeat that LOVE IT!! tonight all the new pledges for the fraternities will come to all the sororities and serenade all the new pledges and i am SOOOO EXCITED!!! Hot boys singing ya i am definitly excited.. um and may i emphasize how i love my dorm b/c it is coed and all and i mean all of the boys are H...O...T.. well the majority of them!
